Tinta de Agave (Agave Ink)
2 ¼ ounce White Tequila
½ ounce Cointreau
¾ ounce Fresh squeezed Lime Juice
¼ ounce Passion Fruit Syrup
2 splashes Blue Curacao
¼ ounce Lychee Juice Pinch of Salt and Cinnamon
1 splash Vanilla
Method: Shake all the ingredients and strain into a Martini
Glass. Add a fresh lime zest as a garnish.
Mi Pasion
50 ml Passion Fruit Vodka
15 ml Passion Fruit Syrup
20 ml Pineapple Juice
20 ml Fresh Lime Juice
10 ml Chambord
1 Fresh Chile Champagne
Method: Muddle the chili with the all the other ingredients,
except the champagne. Shake, then strain into a hurricane glass
filled with crushed ice. Top with the champagne.
